Refresher Course 2026
We’re excited to announce the upcoming 3-day CME accredited Refresher Course organized by the European Association of Geriatric Psychiatry (EAGP)!

What are the course fees?
- Early bird (from 15th of January till 15th June 2026) registration will be 900 Euro for EAGP members. Old age psychiatrist who are member of a national society are usually automatically member of the EAGP.
- Registration after 15th June 2026 will be 1000 Euro. Old age psychiatrist who are member of a national society are usually automatically member of the EAGP.
- 500 Euro for colleagues who do not work in high and upper middle income countries as described by the World Bank, as well as colleagues from Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia and Ukraine).
- 1250 Euro for non-EAGP members who work in high and upper middle income countries as described by the World Bank.
Registration is only valid with payment of the registration fee.

The fees cover attendance of the course (and syllabus), lunches and coffee/thee/beverages and the walking dinner (drinks included) on Thursday evening. Hotel fees are not included, but the secretariat of the Flemish Association of Psychiatry can help you with your booking ([email protected]). There are lots of hotels in walking distance from the venue at different prices (from 60 Euro on). Dinner on Friday night at the Faculty Club (https://www.facultyclub.be/en/restaurant-cumlaude?lang=en ) is optional (100 Euro for a 4 course meal including drinks).
Cancellation policy:
If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to have a colleague attend instead. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your registration fee.
